Kids & Teens · From 6 and under
Kids walk in nervous and leave standing taller. It starts with fundamentals, movement, and games, in a room where the whole gym has their back.
The first question every parent asks is whether their kid will be safe. The answer here is built into how the room runs. New kids start slow, with a coach and a whole gym watching out for them.
The discipline they build here carries off the mat too.
- Beginners are never thrown into hard rounds.
- A supervised room where the whole gym looks out for the new kid.
- The first class is free, and you can drop in to watch any time.

The house sign
Kids, teens, and coaches under the Misfits banner, throwing the crossed-arm sign. That is the crew your kid trains with, and the room they grow up in.
Nobody is pushed onto a podium. When a kid wants to test their training, Misfits kids step up at the Submission Challenge.

The first class is free, and you are welcome to drop in and watch any time. Come see the room before you decide anything.
