Misfits Grappling Club is the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Sioux Falls, a safe and clean room for anyone who wants to learn. Specializing in 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, the club teaches modern no-gi grappling inspired by Eddie Bravo, alongside a full gi program. Kids, teens and adults, every level, on the same mat.

Scene 03 · The name
Built for misfits.
Rebel, funk, unorthodox. 10th Planet is modern no-gi built for the way grappling is actually fought. Misfits leans all the way into the outsider identity, right down to the Crimson-Ghost headphone-skull on the wall.

Sawyer built Misfits to be the room he always wanted to train in. Safe, clean, and honest, where a first-timer and a competitor share the same mat.
Kids, teens, and adults train under one roof, on the north side of town near the Benson Road and I-229 exit. Every level shares the floor, and the whole room looks out for whoever walked in newest.
Reading about it only goes so far. Your first class is free, so come stand on the mat and see if it is your kind of room.
